BISCUITS & JAM – Honey vanilla ice cream – loaded with house made crispy biscuits and stone fruit jam (peaches, apricot, plum, nectarines). Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, stone fruit jam, crispy honeyed biscuits, honey, vanilla, cream cheese, salt.

STONEFRUIT SORBET – Fresh organic nectarines, peaches, plums and apricots cooked organic sugar.

CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY SORBET – 100% Cacao, organic roasted strawberries, organic sugar and filtered water.

WHISKEY VANILLA* – Not your typical vanilla – Rebel Yell highlights the smooth vanilla flavor of this classic ice cream. Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Rebel Yell, Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt. * Liquor has been added for flavor – food grade – most alcohol cooked off.

BURNT CARAMEL – Caramelized Demerera sugar leaves burnt notes on the tongue, while the organic cream smooths it out for a sweet finish. Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Demerara sugar, cream cheese, butter, Himalayan pink salt.

BLACK RING COFFEE – Lightly roasted coffee from local roaster Black Ring Coffee is steeped in organic cream. A fresh and flavorful treat. Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Black Ring Coffee, Cream Cheese,  Sea Salt.

LEMON BLUE BLACK – A sweet tart treat for your tongue. Organic Meyer lemons sourced by beachgreens and cooked into a simple syrup paired with our blueberry/blackberry jam. Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Meyer Lemon Syrup, Blueberry & Blackberry Jam Cream Cheese,  Sea Salt.

GOAT CHEESE WHISKEY FIG – Mission Figs mixed with Rebel Yell Whiskey compliment the Goat Cheese and organic cream for tangy sweet bite – with a whiskey finish. Crumble some crisp prosciutto on top for otherworldly flavor. Ingredients: Ing: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, goat cheese, mission fig jam, whiskey, vanilla extract, sea salt.

CASHEW FENNEL CHIP – Toasted cashews and a milk chocolate chip highlight a savory fennel ice cream. Ing: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, toasted cashews, cream cheese, fennel cream, chocolate chip, vanilla bean, vanilla extract, salt.

MINTASTIC CHIP – Fresh mint steeps in the cream for two nights to infuse the ice cream with minty flavor. A dark chocolate chip is added as the cream is frozen.  Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, cream cheese, fennel cream, 53% cacao chocolate chip with coconut oil, vanilla extract, fresh organic mint, salt.

DARK PEPPERMINT – Fresh mint steeps in the cream for two nights to infuse the ice cream with minty flavor. Then we add a rich chocolate syrup to the cream.  Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, cream cheese, fennel cream, 70% cacao syrup with organic whipping cream, vanilla extract, fresh organic mint, salt.

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE– Rich cream cheese ice cream with a roasted strawberry jam swirl and graham cracker crust bits..  Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, cream cheese, organic strawberry jam,graham cracker crust with honey, vanilla extract, salt.

How to care for your Long Beach Creamery pints:

Your pints will love the back of your freezer – but hate the freezer door. The back of the freezer provides a more consistent temp. When scooping, don’t let water touch the ice cream – it will alter the flavor and texture of the ice cream.

Pints are good for 5 months in your freezer unopened. Once you open them try to eat within 45 days for the best flavor.
