Midnight Oolong: Dark, dry and fudgy. Communi-Tea Cultures’ Oolong Tea adds a wise, rich flavor to the full dark chocolate. Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, oolong tea, cocoa powder, 70% cacao bar, cream cheese & sea salt.

Cranberry Lambic: Plump fresh cranberries cooked till they pop with sugar and fresh grapefruit juice. Then they are spiked with peach lambic beer. So Beyond Thanksgiving! Ingredients: Cranberries, organic grapefruit, sugar, peach lambic beer, tapioca syrup.

Plum Sorbet: Late season plums from BeachGreens pureed with a lavender simple syrup. Spiked with Vodka and St. Germain. Ingredients: Plums, sugar, water, tapioca syrup, St. Germain Liqueur, Vodka, lavender, lemon.

Muscovado Chocolate: Dark Muscovado sugar adds a toffee flavor to the rich milk Callebaut chocolate ice cream. Ing: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, evaporated milk, Muscovado sugar, cocoa powder, 53% cacao bar, sea salt.

Burnt Caramel: Caramelized Demerera sugar leaves burnt notes on the tongue, while the organic cream smooths it out for a sweet finish. Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Demerara sugar, cream cheese, butter, Himalayan pink salt.

Whiskey Vanilla: Loaded with Rebel Yell, and a whiskey caramel swirl – you’ll cry “More, More, More”. Special thanks to Billy Idol! Ingredients:  organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Rebel Yell, Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt.

Maple Pecan: All natural maple syrup in organic  cream with roasted buttery salted pecans. Sweet and Salty! Ingredients:  organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Maple Syrup, Roasted Pecans, Cream Cheese, Sea Salt.

Madagascar Vanilla: Loaded with Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Bean and Long Beach Creamery’s homemade vanilla extract. Ingredients:  organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract, Grad A Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt.

Cognac Egg Nog: The Holiday’s Have Arrived! A sultry cognac mellows the egg nog organic cream. A bright and flavorful taste for the holidays. Ing: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, Hardy VS Cognac, fresh nutmeg, vanilla.

Roasted Pumpkin: Sugar Pie and Kabocha pumpkin join forces in this savory, delicate ice cream. Fresh Satsuma mandarins and Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur add balance and spice to the organic cream.  Ing: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic buttermilk, pumpkin, mandarin, Domaine de Canton, marscapone, brown sugar, nutmeg & cinnamon.

Sweet Potato & Toasted Marshmallow: Roasted sweet potato balanced with mandarin and cinnamon. Roasted marshmallows sweeten up the cream. Ing:  organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic cane sugar, organic egg yolk, organic sweet cream buttermilk, sweet potato, molasses, mandarins, cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, salt.
