Lemon Lime Basil – Farm Lot 59 Flavor

Pastured eggs from happy hens that live on the farm. Lime Basil freshly picked on Saturday.

10 egg yolks go into this custard style ice cream recipe. The yolks are so golden orange – they look like the sun in a bowl.

Yolks have been tempered and added to the organic milk, sugar and lemon rind.

Now we add the organic cream and the lime basil. The flavors will infuse overnight in the fridge.
