Slightly bigger than my Turquoise workhorse. I bought this 2 qt machine and an extra bowl. It works pretty well too.

Muscovado Caramel taking a spin. Lost some to the sides of the bowl. It was super cold or the scraper blade does not fit as well as on the smaller version. Have to run some more tests.
